JOB SUMMARY:
The Global Organizational Effectiveness leader leads enterprise-wide strategies to shape culture that supports our ambition to be an Employer of Choice. Leading a team of internal consultants this leader will define the tools and consult with HRBPs and leaders to deliver customized leadership team and organizational effectiveness strategies that elevate performance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide thought leadership tools and facilitation for team effectiveness listening org design and change managementanchored in data insights and strategic partnership.
- Serve as an internal consultancy and facilitator for bringing teams together to drive high performance.
- Lead UDXs enterprise Employer of Choice and High Performance Culture strategies.
- Develop a core set of tools to drive consistency in coaching 360s team effectiveness tools and organization design and change management.
- Create and manage voice-of-the-team tools (e.g. TSAT lifecycle surveys).
- Deliver leadership insights and action planning from listening platforms.
- Partner with NBCUniversal on cross-enterprise effectiveness initiatives.
- Use survey data and feedback metrics to guide interventions and assess impact.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment adoption and sustained value.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
EXPERIENCE:
- 8 years in OD organizational consulting or HR strategy
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Expertise in change management team effectiveness and survey analytics.
- Strong facilitation coaching and communication skills with data fluency.
- Well-developed business partner skills; able to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders and HR Partners.
- Exceptional influencing skills couple with a deep understanding of the business and talent within.
- Sense of urgency; possesses a collaborative yet relentless approach to process improvement and team management in order to achieve unparalleled results especially around cost execution and service.
- Ability to collaborate with geographically federated HR partners across international territories; experience with the international landscape and awareness of key cultural nuances and legislation.
- Fast learner and decisive leader with a quick mind sound judgment and excellent problem solving / critical thinking skills.
