Senior Manager, Trust Services

• Administration of private family trusts and underlying companies
• Liaise with clients in the process of carrying out trust administration duties
• Perform periodic reviews of structures in accordance with the Companys policies and procedures
• Liaise with bankers to open bank/investment/brokerage accounts
• Periodic review of due diligence policy and other policies
• Monitor MAS statutory filing deadlines
• Act as Resident Manager of the Trust Company and/or provide director services of various Singapore client entities (if required)
• A member of Client Acceptance Committee

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5  to 8 years of trust administration or relevant experience.
• Trust/Legal/Financial/Corporate Secretarial qualifications (STEP or Accounting preferred).
• Good understanding of the related regulatory policies.
• A team player with a can-do attitude with strong initiative and who thrives in a fast-growing organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; Mandarin will be an advantage due to business needs
