- Administration of private family trusts and underlying companies
- Liaise with clients in the process of carrying out trust administration duties
- Perform periodic reviews of structures in accordance with the Companys policies and procedures
- Liaise with bankers to open bank/investment/brokerage accounts
- Periodic review of due diligence policy and other policies
- Monitor MAS statutory filing deadlines
- Act as Resident Manager of the Trust Company and/or provide director services of various Singapore client entities (if required)
- A member of Client Acceptance Committee

Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of trust administration or relevant experience.
- Trust/Legal/Financial/Corporate Secretarial qualifications (STEP or Accounting preferred).
- Good understanding of the related regulatory policies.
- A team player with a can-do attitude with strong initiative and who thrives in a fast-growing organization.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in verbal and written English is essential; Mandarin will be an advantage due to business needs
