Job title:
Masterdata Management Leader

Your role:

To lead Masterdata Strategy & Operations globally for all regions (except Americas). Play a pivotal role in MD strategy for Philips providing leadership consultation and support (as necessary) to Businesses Zones and Regions for improving MDM for multi domain (Customer Vendor People Finance Consumer and others).

Ensure smooth leadership of reporting teams and functional teams (spread across multiple locations) in light of new technologies implementation and keep morale of teams high.
Ensure Master data strategy is implemented in letter and spirit including alignment with partner teams like IT Businesses Zones and Regions.
To drive impact to the bottom and top line through innovative Negotiation approach with Suppliers.
Drive compliance contract and risk management for entire Masterdata strategy.
To define lead and drive implementation of performance KPIs for master data globally.
Lead transition wherever applicable to achieve Enterprise CoE data strategy.

Youre the right fit if:

Experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven experience leading & managing Data management AI & automation project portfolio & operations
• 15 years of business and/or data management/ technology/ broad automation technologies (RPA AI)
• 10 plus years of management experience
• SSC/GBS experience preferred
• Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Competencies

• Strong technological & operational knowledge covering and master data management (preferable if you have analysis exp.)
• Proven ability to drive automation- process orientation in a large complex organization
• Advanced knowledge of various data architecture and analysis methods and tools e.g. Informatica SAP MDG FIORI etc.
• Building a coherent Data Digital or AI strategy
• Ability to develop new creative concepts and then take them from the discovery phase through to delivery
• Passion for continuous improvement; challenging the status quo efficient problem solving driver of high performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to effectively deal with resistance and conflicts build strong relationships and establish trust
• Demonstrated leadership skills; able to build motivate and lead teams in an international context

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university in business data management or computer science or tech fields.
• Masters degree highly desirable. MS/MBA or equivalent
