Job Summary
As a Casual Sales Assistant youll deliver top-tier customer service while staying ahead of the latest fashion trends. Youll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect look keeping the store visually exciting and contributing to a dynamic retail atmosphere that reflects the USC brand.
- Provide outstanding personalised service to every customer
- Offer expert style advice and product recommendations
- Create a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back
- Maintain excellent shop floor standards and visual displays
- Support with stock replenishment and store readiness
- Work collaboratively with your team to drive performance and hit targets
Qualifications :
- Passionate about fashion streetwear and emerging trends
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Positive energetic and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced style-conscious environment
- Flexible and reliable especially during evenings weekends and busy trade periods
- Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential
