Hours: Monday Friday 9:00-17:00
About the role:
Are you ready to kickstart your sales career with a company that values enthusiasm teamwork and persistence As a Sales Development Representative youll work primarily from home connecting with UK businesses and opening doors for our Sales team. Youll generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and nurture inbound interest via our website. Using every channel availablecalls emails social media and videoyoull help organisations discover how our communications technology can transform the way they work. With plenty of support from your fellow SDRs the Head of Direct Sales and the Head of Marketing youll be set up for success.
What makes you a great fit:
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude
- Strong verbal communication and excellent written English
- Comfortable with cold calling emailing and video calls
- Ability to negotiate and engage time-poor prospects
- Confident using sales automation tools and cloud-based platforms
- Interest in technology and eagerness to learn
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is desirable
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets
- Convert inbound interest promptly across multiple channels
- Research prospects and accounts using a variety of tools
- Contact potential customers through calls emails social media and video
- Help prospects understand our products and services to maximise opportunities
- Track and manage progress using sales automation tools and CRM systems
- Maintain accurate data and ensure efficient follow-up processes
