Senior People & Digital Development Consultant

Were recruiting for a Senior People & Digital Development Consultant to join us. 

You will join our team and lead the way in shaping inclusive forward-thinking people development strategies. This is a pivotal role in embedding a modern engaging and effective learning experience across our organisation with a strong focus on digital enablement. Youll be at the forefront of launching and optimising our new Learning Experience Platform (LXP) ensuring every colleague has access to the tools resources and career pathways to support their growth and success.

What youll be doing:

• Leading the design and delivery of people development and digital learning strategies aligned to future workforce needs
• Embedding a culture of continuous learning capability development and career mobility across the organisation
• Driving the rollout and adoption of our new Learning Experience Platform to enable personalised learning journeys
• Developing blended learning strategies that are inclusive data-driven and scalable
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development solutions
• Collaborating with internal teams and external providers to ensure high-quality learning provision
• Establishing metrics to measure learning effectiveness digital adoption and impact
• Managing and empowering a high-performing team of People Consultants and Digital Learning professionals

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

• Proven experience in leading people or organisational development strategies in complex environments
• Strong understanding of career development frameworks adult learning principles and digital learning trends
• Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and building collaborative relationships across functions
• Experience implementing and managing digital learning platforms such as LXPs or LMSs
• Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure learning impact
• Extensive facilitation experience with a focus on psychological safety and adaptability
• Strategic thinker with a user-centred approach and a passion for innovation
• Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion in all aspects of people development
