Corporate Charities Senior Associate - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A top UK law firm with an ambitious collaborative culture that drives the business
Role
- Advising on charity law governance and regulation
- Establish new charities including drafting governing documents and supporting policy documentation;
- Advise charity clients on high profile and interesting projects across the sector
- Provide advice on restructuring and corporate structures including incorporations and mergers joint ventures and charity trading
- 5 years PQE within a charity law practice or equivalent in house experience
- Strong technical competence experience and legal knowledge in charity law
- Solid experience oftransactional and advisory work for charities
- Passion for the sector and a keen interest in advising clients on high profile projects
