Youll work closely with prospective clients to assess their current facility service programs identify opportunities for improvement and craft tailored strategies that may include individual services or bundled solutions. Partnering with ABM operations youll help deliver superior results while owning the strategic sales process communicating value resolving client concerns and building lasting relationships. Youll also have the opportunity to cross-sell across eight comprehensive lines of facility services.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect for new business through cold calling networking and lead generation.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to drive business growth.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within your territory.
- Leverage your professional network to meet and engage potential clients.
- Conduct site surveys to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with operations and sales support teams to develop customized proposals.
- Participate in pricing strategies to ensure competitive and value-driven solutions.
- Navigate objections and guide prospects to positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate reporting of leads active prospects and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Set and meet sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Track account activity and support deal closure to achieve goals.
- Represent the company at industry events such as CREW and BOMA International.
- Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in business development with a focus on cold calling and self-generated leads.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong hunter mentality with a goal-driven self-motivated approach.
- Proven success in selling services or intangible business offerings.
- Familiarity with facility services janitorial or commercial real estate is preferred.
- Existing sales contacts in relevant industries are a plus.
- Confident in presenting solutions to groups and decision-makers.
- Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple prospects at various stages.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Results-oriented and accustomed to earning sales awards through high performance.
