- Responsible for managing supervising and improving plastic injection and assembly processes to achieve production targets and enhance process efficiency
- Monitor daily production planning and ensure its proper implementation
- Ensure production lines operate in accordance with defined quality quantity and delivery targets
- Lead the launch of new projects and engineering changes in the responsible production lines
- Work in coordination with support departments such as Logistics Maintenance and Quality
- Monitor and report production process performance (OEE)
- Manage activities to reduce production costs improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly production reports and present them to senior management
- Organize personnel management shift schedules and task distribution
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Supervise adherence to quality standards and resolve quality-related issues
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Industrial or Chemical Engineering)
- Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the plastic injection and assembly industry
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of production planning lean manufacturing and quality management systems
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office programs
