FLSmidth is looking for a Proposal Coordinator.

Location: Monterrey NL.

FLS is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on our Order Execution team based in Monterrey.

Your responsibilities

Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses in order to check availability of products that are needed to satisfy customer demands.
Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.
Prioritize maintain and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers also push requisitions to buyers as well access to several portals and revise inventory levels.
Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.
Generate quotes(proposals) for our customers.

What you bring

Previous experience with quoting and order entry in the mining cement or another heavy industry.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and intermediate Portuguese level required.
Ability to analyze sales trends pricing and margins.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of ERP systems (Oracle is a plus) and inventory workflows.
Logistics knowledge is a plus.
