Job Summary
Research validate and enrich contact and company data across sales and marketing systems
Clean update and maintain records in tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot
Identify and correct inconsistencies duplicates and missing fields
Follow established data standards naming conventions and workflows
Ensure data accuracy to minimize downstream impact on Sales and Marketing teams
Support ongoing data quality initiatives that reduce friction and improve efficiency
Qualifications :
Must Have Skills
13 years of experience in a data-driven administrative sales support or marketing support role Bachelors degree required
Strong proficiency with and experience with tools such as Demandbase HubSpot Outreach or similar platforms
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Desired Skills
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
Strong spreadsheet skills
Resourceful with AI tools to support research and enrichment
Investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to spot inconsistencies duplicates and missing data
Discipline to follow data standards and naming conventions
Working knowledge of Salesforce Contacts Accounts and Opportunities
Sound judgment to assess when data is reliable versus questionable
