Were hiring a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as a dedicated point of contact for property owners-someone who can manage details handle tough conversations with confidence and keep things moving even when priorities shift.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being relied on and takes pride in doing things right the first time.

What Youll Do

As a Client Experience Coordinator youll guide property owners through day-to-day property management interactions while coordinating internally to ensure issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

Youll balance urgency with accuracy empathy with decisiveness and communication with execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned property owners

  • Respond to owner emails calls and texts promptly (within 2 hours)

  • Execute proactive monthly communication across key client touchpoints

  • Coordinate owner approvals for work orders turnovers and capital items

  • Review property financials and clearly explain statements concessions and ROI

  • Support collections conversations with professionalism and transparency

  • Collaborate with leasing maintenance and accounting teams to ensure alignment

  • Track vacant units and coordinate follow-ups with leasing when needed

  • Participate in resident renewals negotiations and escalations as required

Requirements

  • 2 years of client-facing residential property management experience

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Comfort working with property management systems and internal workflows

  • High attention to detail and sound judgment

Compensation & Work Setup

  • Pay: Starting at $10 per hour

  • Location: 100% remote

  • Work Environment: Quiet reliable home setup required
