Job Summary
The IAM Technical Architect - India leads the design architecture and implementation of advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients across the US and EMEA regions. With more than eight years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying IAM platforms this position requires deep technical acumen strategic foresight and strong leadership abilities. The successful candidate will oversee entire IAM project lifecycles mentor junior engineering team members and actively engage in pre-sales activities including solution proposals and technical presentations for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement sophisticated IAM solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance tailored to diverse US and EMEA client environments.
- Lead strategic IAM assessments roadmap development and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
- Oversee configuration deployment and integration of IAM platforms such as Entra ID Saviynt Veza CyberArk Okta and other leading technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Information Security IT Operations and Application Developmentto achieve seamless IAM integration and operational excellence.
- Support pre-sales initiatives by engaging with prospective clients contributing to solution architecture and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation including architecture diagrams configuration guides and operational procedures.
- Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IAM systems driving continuous improvement in security operations.
- Stay current with global best practices emerging IAM technologies and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets.

- Minimum 8 years in IAM architecture and implementation
- Proven leadership
