As an IT Solution Architect (PDM/PLM) M/W you will design and guide the technical architecture of our Product Data Management platform for Winter Sports Operations ensuring it is scalable secure and seamlessly integrated with ERP CAD MES and other enterprise systems.
What you will be doing
- Design and maintain the overall technical architecture for PDM/PLM and its integration with ERP CAD MES and other enterprise systems.
- Define integration strategies and standards (APIs ETL pipelines workflows data governance).
- Ensure scalability performance and security of the PDM/PLM landscape in line with IT policies and compliance frameworks.
- Provide technical guidance to development vendor and project teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to validate the technical feasibility of roadmap priorities and ensure alignment with available budget and resources.
- Support Project Managers by identifying technical risks dependencies and mitigation measures.
- Contribute to migration and modernization initiatives (e.g. cloud hybrid architectures).
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry standards tools and best practices to keep the architecture future-ready.
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Experiences
- 5 years of experience in IT architecture or system integration ideally with exposure to PDM/PLM platforms (Teamcenter Windchill Aras ENOVIA or similar).
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration (APIs middleware ETL microservices).
- Solid understanding of ERP CAD and MES integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid architectures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data governance security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR).
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with Product Owners Project Managers IT teams and vendors.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF AWS/Azure Integration frameworks) are a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus.
