Job Summary

As the Paid Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing executing & following up the paid media strategy for your sales market.

Create a data-driven paid media plan with your media agency to maximize marketing budget and market growth driven by global and regional guidelines.

You are responsible for driving customer development & profitable sales and brand growth in your sales market through locally relevant paid media channels; in strong alignment with the regional CAM team and sales market omni sales team

WHAT YOU DO

  • Implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with the sales market marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns connected to the strategy budget and goals in your market.
  • Set clear goals define target audiences and select the most suitable platforms and channel for your market.
  • Create comprehensive paid media plans that align with overall marketing objectives and budget direction.
  • Collaborate with the regional strategy & planning team to ensure the plans deliver to the overall regional direction.
  • Responsible for the overall tactics and execution of local channel activation in collaboration with the media agency and regional team.
  • Ensure channel performance and optimization from a sales and consumer/customer perspective.
  • Secure cross-functional collaboration with other functions as well as close collaboration with other media roles in the region.
  • Responsible for planning and executing media plans; including budget accuracy and reporting in line with goals.
  • Drive and follow up on paid media budget investments and results for the sales market.
  • Secure that media investments are optimized towards performance and brand goals. Think Full Funnel.
  • Plan locally relevant boosting calendar in collaboration with the local PR team to drive full funnel influencer amplification.

WHO YOU ARE

You have strong commercial focus and are insight and data driven with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals.

You leverage strong analytical skills to optimize advertising campaigns interpreting metrics such as click-through rates conversion rates ROI and CPA. As well as Recognition Consideration and Purchase Intent. Your strategic thinking involves goal-setting audience definition and selecting suitable channels and ad formats aligning with marketing objectives and budget constraints.

You have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaign elements. You stay updated on industry trends and platform changes and are adaptable to change. Effective communication skills and a willingness to test new strategies and tactics that contribute to constant optimization and meeting campaign goals within Global Frameworks.

Education

  • Marketing communication or business degree/relevant qualifications if not at least 5 years of working experience in marketing or media roles with a digital focus

Skills

  • Strategic thinker with broad marketing & media skills with a focus on digital media channels
  • Good understanding of local media landscape and how media agencies operate
  • High analytical ability
  • Structured organized and efficient
  • High level of English

Experience

  • Strategic experience from driving brand & customer growth for different target groups preferably from relevant local markets
  • Excellent knowledge and experience from working with key digital channels in the region
  • At least 5 years of working experience in above areas
  • Have experience from setting and managing large media budgets
