About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Artificial Intelligence Solutions Consultant to solve complex problems which require generative and agentic AI solutions.
In this role you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross functional team to identify and execute complex artificial intelligence initiatives that span a large line of business
Provide consultation to more experienced leaders in order to recommend solutions which solve business challenges
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits
Leverage Artificial Intelligence expertise to evaluate technological readiness data availability and resources required to execute the proposed solutions
Provide direction on key issues which may arise during development or implementation
Cultivate relationships with clients to identify and develop a pipeline of future Artificial Intelligence opportunities which align with the strategic priorities of the business
Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications US:
7 years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualification:
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Experience designing solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI Solutions
Exposure to AI related framework (Crew AI LangChain/LangGraph Google ADK A2A protocols)
Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Tableau experience is advantageous
Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership. Possesses executive presence high energy ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders
Ability to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships. Ability to manage effectively within a matrixed organization
Exhibits the right balance of confidence and humility through exceptional listening skills
Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives
Highly organized and detailed and detailed-oriented with a strategic mindset
Customer-centric approach and adept at navigating through ambiguity
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.
Position is not VISA eligible.
