Job Summary

Work Arrangement

On-Site at Fort Liberty NC with CONUS and OCONUS TDYs up to 120 days. Contractor required to beavailable for immediate recall (1 hours) in case of Command Directives.

Job Overview

The Intelligence Report Officer will support multi-disciplined intelligence reporting operations forUSSOCOM.

Essential Functions

  • Formally serialize information and multi-disciplined intelligence gleaned from collection platformsHUMINT operations tactical operations exploitation operations and Captured Enemy Material(CEM).
  • Work independently with no required oversite.
  • Provide advice to the leadership on processes procedures technology and other items ofinterests
  • Responsible for the production of intelligence assessments and products in support of deployedSOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
  • Interface with other intelligence organizations to fully prepare teams for exploitation of enemypersonnel as well as prepare post screening analytical products and assessments supportingtargeting efforts and threat analysis.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of the current suite of available analytic and collection managementtools databases and repositories.
  • Strong mastery of written communications to edit and write reports.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Education / Certifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.

Experience

  • A minimum of six (6) years of intelligence analytical or investigative experience within the DoD orequivalent Government agencies required with four (4) years at the operational level.
  • A minimum of two (2) years specialized experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency inpreparing editing performing quality control on and releasing Intelligence Information Reports(IIRs) to ensure all appropriate policies and guidance are adhered to and that information meetsdefined reporting thresholds.
  • In-depth knowledge of SOF and or CT intelligence experience is highly desirable.
  • DOD DoS DHS or equivalent training/course completion preferred.

Frequently required to sit and to reach to use computers and other office equipment

  • Medically able to deploy to foreign area advanced bases. Able to wear body armor helmet and otherPPE when required. Able to run walk crawl moderate distances.

Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI DoD clearance U.S. Citizenship required.
