We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our teams. The professional will be responsible for:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams OneDrive SharePoint and Exchange Online.
- Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to address complex user concerns effectively.
User Training & Adoption:
- Develop and deliver training sessions guides and resources tailored to the needs of end-users.
- Promote adoption of new features by demonstrating their practical applications in workflows.
User Feedback & Insights:
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement in functionality and ease of use.
- Analyze trends in user behavior to proactively address common challenges.
Customization & Optimization:
- Configure Microsoft 365 tools to align with organizational and team-specific needs.
- Simplify processes and workflows to make tools more intuitive and user-friendly.
Accessibility & Inclusivity:
- Implement accessibility features to ensure that Microsoft 365 services cater to diverse user groups.
- Advocate for inclusivity in software usage and design.
Collaboration Enhancements:
- Facilitate smoother collaboration by integrating Microsoft 365 apps in ways that enhance teamwork and productivity.
- Ensure seamless communication channels and document sharing systems are in place.
Documentation:
- Maintain clear records of configurations best practices and solutions for recurring issues accessible to both technical teams and end-users.
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows);
- Experience minimum 3 years on a similar role;
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
