Job Summary

ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT Digital and Procurement). Ensure customer relationship with key business stakeholders in Support Functions Domain (Finance Procurement HR Legal and other corp functions) to define Domain Strategy and Roadmap together with key Business owners and APAC and Global Product Managers and Service Owners. Ensure the plan linked to Product Roadmap for Functions Applications (Oracle EBS Coupa Service Now eApplications and other regional/local applications) are on track as per the product roadmap.

Act as local solution integrator for global product deployment:
- Key Liaison between the Business and the overall Digital & IT Organization for the Support Functions Domain in APAC
- Define / Consolidate the strategy for the business domain in collaboaration with Global & APAC product managers and business owners
- Ensure consistency and coordination between Product Teams and oversee the delivery of Products and applications
- Manage the budget for the domain in collaboration with APAC & Global Product managers
- Contribute to Value realization tracking and overall customer satisfaction on the Products

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Domain/Function Customer Relationship Management

  • Key Liaison between the Business and the overall Digital & IT Organization for Support Functions Domain

  • Establish the overall vision for the alignment of organisations and stakeholders objectives cocreating shared goals and strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders in the domain/function

  • Gather new IT requirements from the domain and act as an advocate in assisting the business at domain level to navigate through the Digital & IT processes while anticipating their needs/expectations

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer escalations and coordinate with all the relevant teams to ensure customer escalations are addressed in a timely manner

Domain/Function IT Costs & Budget

  • Responsible for the preparation of the budget for the Functions Domain and continuously monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX costs.

Domain/Function IT Portfolio management

Portfolio Management for projects / demands raised within the allocated domain:

- Consolidation prioritisation tracking and reporting of the domain strategic initiatives with key Business & IT stakeholders
- Contribution to the Value realisation tracking

This includes the gatekeeping of the intake process (i.e. ensuring adherence to the agreed governance) and the management of escalations from/to Business to ensure progress of the portfolio in line with agreed strategy.

Domain Performance monitoring & Improvement plan

Monitor the performance of Digital Products within the domain supporting Product managers in defining Performance improvement plans:
- Identification of recurring incidents / incident patterns
- Facilitate key user training in case of knowledge gaps
- Drives continuous improvement within the domain

Local Solution integrator

Supporting Global teams in the local implementation and deployment of global solutions including:

- Key contact for Global teams to navigate the APAC context (processes stakeholders support model)
- Coordination with APAC Product teams for local adaptations of global solutions and integration within existing APAC ecosystem
- Integration of global products into the APAC service catalogue

Are you a MATCH

  • 8 years of IT & business work experience with a broad range of exposure to various technical environments & business segments. Experience in managing and/or influencing teams

  • Good business process knowledge(preferably in Finance Procurement and other support functions)with a strong ability to analyse the business its data to standardise/industrialise business processes.

  • Good communication skills to influence multiple levels of management

  • Team player

  • Operational management
