Job Summary

As a Technical Support Specialist you will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network coverage device software/hardware mobile broadband and device setup/use

  • Provide clear respectful and solution-focused customer support

  • File and track technical trouble tickets in collaboration with internal teams

  • Meet or exceed department quality and productivity standards

  • Stay up to date on systems tools and processes through ongoing training

  • Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical questions

 


Qualifications :

  • Technical/troubleshooting background

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems effectively

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer education
