Were looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our People & Culture Team reporting to the Senior Executive Recruitment. Youll support recruiters and hiring managers in sourcing coordinating interviews to onboarding helping shape candidate experiences and drive the companys growth with strong diverse hires.
As our Recruitment Intern youll gain practical exposure to the entire hiring journey. From crafting job postings and sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and enhancing candidate experience youll learn how recruitment works end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where speed curiosity and people skills matter most.
Responsibilities (What youll do)
- Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job descriptions across multiple channels.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure records are accurate and updated.
- Assist in recruitment reports dashboards and process documentation.
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Contribute ideas for improving recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
RequirementsRequirements (What youll need)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets and Slides).
- Organized detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- A proactive learner with enthusiasm for HR and recruitment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
