The Team

The Sample Warehouse distribution center is responsible for processing Salesmen Samples and TOP/Marketing/Gifting orders for delivery within and outside Europe. Deliveries must be made in the right quantity to the right place and on time. Collaboration with the brand coordinators Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein at the headquarters is essential.

Every year a sample sale of both brands is organized in the spring and autumn. This takes place between seasons in our distribution center.

About 12.000 visitors per sale are expected.

The team will consist of 10 employees in the office 10 employees in the warehouse supplemented by temporary workers during the season. The DC has three floors with a total area of 12000m² divided over 3 floors 1000m²-office space a canteen and parking spaces on site.

The Position

The Team Leader is responsible for managing his or her team within the applicable rules. He/she is the contact person between the warehouse employees and logistics coordinators in the office. The Team leader ensures an open and clear communication and the correct handling of goods into SAP. Knowledge of SAP and Excel is a must. Deliveries to the showroom agents customers and PVH studios must comply with the prescribed requirements of a division.

He/she can be responsible for managing a team during the Sample sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead one or more Divisions during the season

• Take care of a correct administration

• Troubleshoot in case of problems

• Take care of an efficient process

• Coordinate activities that concern the warehouse (eg. Photo shoots)

• Make sure the administrative processes are aligned/logged to support reporting

• Partly responsible for a clean workspace / warehouse

• Take care of the administration and if needed lead a team during the sample sale
