Job Summary
Tasks
- Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
- Oversee daily activities in the distribution center ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
- Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.
- Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
Requirements
- Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts across five days including weekend rotations.
- Physical Nature of Work: This role involves physical activity including lifting moving sorting and scanning parcels. Candidates should be prepared for manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
