We are looking for an experienced and forwardthinking Data Management Consultant for our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)a role where relationshipbuilding influence and stakeholder management are just as important as data expertise and the passion for data quality.
In this pivotal position you will safeguard and enhance the quality of DLLs enterprise data landscape. You will be the visible trusted point of contact who partners with business teams IT teams and subjectmatter experts to ensure data is accurate consistent and ready to power critical business decisions and regulatory reporting.

Day to day:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business domains IT and data teamsacting as their trusted advisor on data quality and data management topics.
- Analyse issues and clearly communicate your findings to the right teams ensuring smooth and timely resolution.
- Manage and prioritize datarelated issues continuously aligning expectations and keeping stakeholders up to date.
- Drive continuous improvements in Data Quality within our EDW.
- Promote and oversee the adoption of robust data management standards.
- Lead data management initiatives that require careful coordination across multiple teams.
- Spot opportunities to improve team efficiency and implement these enhancements collaboratively.
- Work closely with the IT scrum team to drive EDW improvements and translate business needs into actionable functional solutions.
- Address data processing issues by bringing the right people together and pushing for structural longterm solutions.
- Execute compliance activities related to data privacy retention and data management requirements across the EDW.

Essentials:
Your mindset:
- A passion for data and data quality

- Eager to learn analytical and resultsdriven
The following experience/skills are essential for the job:
- Masters degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Data Steward or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in multicultural international contexts
- Comfortable working with IT (SAFe/Scrum) and translating business needs into functional solutions
- Fluent in business English
- Solid SQL skills for data analysis
Nice to have:
- Experience with tools like SQL Server Management Studio Databricks Azure Storage Explorer Purview Informatica CDQ
- Knowledge of Finance/Risk (e.g. BCBS239) or Asset Management
- Familiarity with DAMADMBOK
- Understanding of data models lineage and reference data management
- Experience with enterprise data warehouses
- A strong internal network within DLL
