Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic
Sales Manager (Europe & Middle East) to join our growing international sales this role you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth across your region. You will collaborate closely with our product engineering and program management teams to ensure customer needs are met from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Your responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with existing airline and OEM customers in Europe and the Middle East.
- Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits presentations and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time project execution.
- Provide market feedback competitive analysis and regional insights to management.
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at trade shows conferences and customer meetings.
Your skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of aircraft seating cabin interiors or related products is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German Arabic or French) are an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Efficiency with MS Office Applications (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint)
