Are you a strong commercial leader who knows the DACH market inside out Our client is looking for a highly driven Head of Sales & Buying (DACH) who can take full ownership of sales growth strategic partnerships and sourcing/buying operations.

About the Role
You will lead all commercial activities across the DACH region combining strategic sales leadership with hands-on buying and sourcing management. Your goal: expand the companys footprint improve margins strengthen supplier relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
This position requires a strong communicator negotiator and strategist who knows how to work with retailers suppliers manufacturers and B2B partners.
What You Will Do

Develop and execute a strong sales and buying strategy for DACH markets
- Manage the full sales cycle lead generation negotiations closing and key account development
- Oversee sourcing and buying operations to secure the best pricing terms and product availability

Build and mentor a high-performing sales & buying team
- Establish long-term partnerships with suppliers retailers and key commercial stakeholders
- Track commercial KPIs performance data and buying margins to ensure profitability
- Work cross-functionally with operations marketing and product to support market expansion

Represent the company in negotiations events and commercial meetings
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership ideally combined with buying/sourcing expertise
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of market positioning pricing and margins

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Experience leading teams and driving performance

Deep understanding of the DACH market (Germany Austria Switzerland)

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
- Strategic thinker with hands-on attitude resilience and strong ownership mindset
