THE ROLE
Avocado is currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to be part of our Customer Experience team in Fullerton CA!
This is a non-exempt position meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay.
- Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Fullerton California. This is not a remote position.
- Note on Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $17.00-$22.00 Hourly plus potential monthly bonus.
WHAT YOULL BE WORKING ON
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls chats and emails.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions.
- Route concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues in line with company standards.
- Meet department averages for performance metrics including PRP QA CSAT and time logged in queues.
- All other assigned duties.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of customer service is necessary for this position.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to accept and adjust accordingly to constructive feedback.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Great communicator.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Stationary position: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.
- Move: This role involves moving throughout the office space to meet with different team members.
- Operate: Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.
- Communicate: This role frequently communicates with other team members to update on the status of a task and customers to help with any inconvenience on orders.
