Job Summary
Work Location:Mountain View CA(Hybrid role 4 days/week onsite)
Duration:12-monthcontract with potential to convert depending on the candidates performance
Pay Range:$75/hr to $85/hr

Responsibilities:
- Define and align onNorth Star and supporting metricsfor multiple product areas (growth engagement retention monetization).
- Partner with product teams toset analytics requirementsduring product development ensuring instrumentation and event logging are accurate consistent and scalable.
- Collaborate with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams todesign and prioritize dashboardsfor executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain across-product measurement frameworkto ensure comparability and clarity of metrics across the clients apps.
- Partner with Engineering to ensuredata quality event tracking and instrumentationmeet business needs.
- Influence senior leadership bytranslating data into insights highlighting trade-offs and guiding strategic decisions.
- Drive a culture ofdata-informed decision-makingacross product teams.
- 5 years of experience inProduct Management Data Analytics or Business Intelligence preferably at scale.
- Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science Mathematics Data Science Statistics or a related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education training and experience
- Demonstrated experience in defining and operationalizingkey product metrics.
- Strong understanding ofdata instrumentation event tracking and experimentation frameworks.
- Proven ability topartner with analytics engineering and executive teamsto deliver insights that drive business impact.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability tosimplify complex data conceptsfor executives.
