Job Summary
Job Title: Team Member

$15.00 per hour shared tip pool
Position Summary
The Team Member is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality food providing friendly and efficient service and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. This role is hands-on and fast-paced requiring teamwork attention to detail and a positive attitude. Team Members represent the sneakybird brand through professionalism hospitality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
Greet guests promptly and provide friendly knowledgeable service
Take accurate orders in person and through online platforms
Address guest questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Promote menu items add-ons and the sneakybird rewards program
Food Preparation & Quality
Prepare menu items according to sneakybird standards and recipes
Ensure order accuracy food quality and presentation
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain speed and consistency during peak hours
Operations & Cleanliness
Maintain a clean organized and stocked work area
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Complete daily prep lists and operational checklists
Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Teamwork & Accountability
Work collaboratively with managers and teammates
Accept coaching and feedback positively
Uphold sneakybird brand standards and company values
Maintain punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts
Qualifications
No prior restaurant experience required (training provided)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
