Personal Lines Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Marketing Specialist to join a growing team. This role is integral to the Personal Lines Division where you will work closely with agents account managers and clients to ensure satisfaction retention and seamless service delivery. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $47000 - $60000 annually plus sales bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents account managers and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate coverage details required documents exclusions and potential exposures clearly and effectively.
- Educate clients and team members on coverage options and risks while maintaining detailed electronic documentation.
- Utilize the Epic system for accurate client file management and documentation.
- Assist clients in making necessary coverage adjustments and provide guidance on policy options.
- Market new and renewal business accounts in alignment with agency standards and client needs.
- Process and issue binders policies endorsements and related items with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review policies for accuracy and facilitate corrections as needed.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workflows efficiently to ensure timely and accurate processing of responsibilities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses:
- Required: 2-20 license (open to candidates with a 4-40 license; support for obtaining a 2-20 license will be provided).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of personal lines insurance experience.
- Familiarity with a variety of carriers and managing standard personal lines accounts.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
