SOLUTION SPECIALIST @ ACDI - EAST COAST TERRITORY

The Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving sales execution and revenue growth within a smaller defined portfolio of reseller accounts while supporting broader regional sales initiatives. This role focuses on net-new sales renewals add-ons and professional services by combining strong sales execution product expertise and consistent partner engagement.

A Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in activating reseller partners supporting pipeline development and contributing to overall regional performance. The Solutions Specialist reports directly to the Regional Vice President of Solutions and works collaboratively within an assigned region.

SOLUTION SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Ownership & Sales Execution

  • Own a smaller book of reseller accounts with responsibility for sales activity pipeline development and quota attainment.

  • Drive net-new sales renewals add-ons and professional services opportunities within assigned accounts.

  • Hold assigned partners accountable for sales activity and engagement.

  • Identify and pursue account-specific opportunities aligned with partner needs and ACDI solutions.

Regional Support & Collaboration

  • Support regional sales initiatives by assisting with partner engagements pipeline support and opportunity execution as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with Partner Solutions Managers Strategic Solutions Executives and internal teams to support sales goals.

  • Participate in regional meetings campaigns and enablement efforts.

Partner Engagement & Enablement

  • Serve as an ACDI champion by maintaining clear consistent and transparent communication with assigned partners.

  • Deliver partner engagements including presentations demos webinars and sales calls that drive pipeline and closed-won opportunities.

  • Provide ongoing product training and selling guidance to reseller partners.

  • Support technical training engagements in coordination with pre-sales technical support teams.

Pipeline Management & CRM Discipline

  • Track manage and monitor leads opportunities quotes and orders within Zoho CRM.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline to support forecasting and regional visibility.

  • Assist in defining and communicating quoting parameters to the quoting team on behalf of partners.

Growth Planning & Performance Management

  • Identify areas for growth through account planning and regular partner check-ins.

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders as needed.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales activity targets and quotas.
    Regularly report performance metrics goals and progress to management.

Professionalism Culture & Values

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on responsiveness clarity and follow-through.

  • Manage time effectively across calls meetings training sessions and travel.

  • Utilize ACDIs social media channels to support sales and partner engagement.

  • Maintain discretion with confidential information and comply with all ACDI policies procedures and processes.

  • Contribute to a positive collaborative organizational culture while upholding ACDIs mission vision and core values.


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A college degree is preferred

  • 2 years of selling experience in the copier printing and software industry required

  • National Account Key Account or Strategic Account experience required

  • Executive business-to-business experience required

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite skills sales tools and software

  • Familiarity with Google and Zoho applications sets you apart

  • Strong professional communication skills (via phone email and in-person) problem-solving negotiation skills technical capacity and collaboration

  • Ability to communicate information in laymans terms for the purpose of training or rolling out new information

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively anticipate upcoming needs and prioritize work


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds

  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually and fly on a commercial airliner if needed

  • May be required to furnish a passport or other identity documents for international travel


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities at this time.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Moderate noise level bullpen environment located at HQ in Benton Arkansas is preferred

  • The work environment is Fast-paced encouraging and positive

  • Must maintain a business professional clean and groomed appearance during client-facing interactions or client visits to our company headquarters.

  • Employee may be required to furnish adequate internet services mobile services and devices necessary to receive business communications on a continual basis
