As a Loan Administration Associate in the Loan Administration team you support the end-to-end management of loans receivable and payable for Trust and Estates clients. You ensure accurate booking administration and maintenance of a diverse loan portfolio including promissory notes mortgages and student loans. You collaborate with business partners to uphold fiduciary responsibilities and deliver high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on loan documents and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily business activities and meet project deadlines
- Respond to queries from internal business partners and conduct research as needed
- Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Complete daily checks to ensure tasks are performed according to service level agreements
- Analyze loan delinquencies and work with business partners to resolve issues
- Serve as a subject matter expert on projects impacting loans
Required qualifications skills and capabilities
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of loan attributes and advanced accounting calculations
- 3 years of experience with student loans mortgages and secured or unsecured personal loans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of UAS and Innovest Loan Management software
- Strong organizational multitasking and prioritizing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners and external vendors
- Demonstrated client focus and commitment to quality and control
