工程经理岗位职责
1. 熟悉甲方项目的合同要求组织制定工程部相适应的作业制度作业标准
2. 负责协助项目经理开展工程部日常工作负责各层配电照明电梯消防通讯安保自动控制设备及系统正常运行的监督和管理配合客户对工程设施方面的投诉跟进落实整改工作处理日常工作事务以及突发事件
3. 负责熟练掌握项目设备及系统的工作原理技术性能和主要参数操作规程掌握设备系统的状况和缺陷以利于设备及系统的正常运行维修保养及整改的完善性
4. 负责本项目二装工程资料审核验收工作
5. 负责协调管理工程部门的各项工作建立良好的协作关系及时处理维修需求凡有客户报修安排工程部员工15分钟内到达现场紧急情况维修必须在12小时内完成
6. 负责本项目做好各个设备房的安全管理工作及突发事件的处理监察各项操作规程的执行情况
7. 负责对项目各机电设施做好维护保养工作并配合做好政府监管部门的年度检查工作
8. 负责对本项目设施设备的运行维修和保养工作进行定期巡视和不定期检查
9. 负责及时有效地解决工程服务用户投诉和设备运行事故及故障协调解决设备事故的善后事项
10. 负责监督检查指导工具仪器仪表的合理配备并正确使用和妥善保管做好对监视和测量装置的维护保养和精度控制的管理检查对各系统报表正确地进行分析判断对于偏差和异常应立即予以纠正
11. 负责工程部员工的职业道德和服务意识教育以及专业技能培训不断提高员工的综合能力和素质
12. 负责部门行政管理事物包括班次编排岗位编排员工在岗培训绩效评估等
13. 负责定期向项目经理汇报工作情况监督完成项目管理所需的各项工作
14. 负责执行政府部门制定的有关行业安全法规加强安全管理和安全教育建立落实各级安全制度防止发生安全事故
15. 负责制定提交项目工程综合类维护工作计划并对工作结果进行监督审核
16. 积极与甲方相关物业监管人员联系了解甲方员工的工程需求并采取相应措施
