Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Per Diem - On-Call Runner RN Registered Nurse to perform home health visits in Monmouth County NJ. This office works with the adult and geriatric population recovering from illness injury or surgery.
- Must be available from 5pm to 11pm to be on call
- Will do in-person visits as needed
- Will conduct 1 Start of Care visit per shift
- The position is paid a stipend as well as a rate for visits.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
- Makehome visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures
- Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
- A minimum of one year of recent verifiable home health experience.
- Must have experience with OASIS
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Additional Information:
Base Pay depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$58.00 - $70.00 per point
