Position Highlights
Shift: Nights Only (7PM7AM)
Sign-On Bonus: $12000
Relocation Assistance: $8000 bonus support
What Youll Do
- Advocate for patients and families while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Educate patients and caregivers on medications treatment plans and care instructions
- Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage treatment independently
- Deliver high-acuity high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with a supportive and skilled multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active RN license in Alabamaa (or ability to obtain before starting)
- 1 year of recent CVICU acute care RN experience
- BLS required
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- BSN preferred
- CCRN is a plus; must be obtained within 2 years
