- Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Communications or relevant field.
- 812 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in SMB demand generation and lifecycle/customer marketing.
- Proven success driving acquisition retention and expansion through digital-first campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and how to leverage them to improve demand generation and marketing operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and tie marketing activities to revenue outcomes.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product Marketing Sales and Customer Success to achieve pipeline goals.
- 5 years of people leadership experience and skills to build coach and scale a high-performing team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing performance and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Pardot Salesforce Adobe Analytics as well as experiment-based decision making preferred.
