Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst Business Systems Reengineering Data Analysis & Process Optimization
Austin Texas (Hybrid)
Required Skills:
- 8 years reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.
- 8 years thorough understanding of business analysis areas of knowledge and associated tasks.
- 8 years participating in software development reviews and providing analytical support to design and testing teams.
- 8 years performing or participating in unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- 8 years planning and organizing work to meet goals and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- 8 years thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- 8 years strong verbal and written communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders.
- Formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Business process reengineering and applying technology to improve business effectiveness.
- Familiarity with standard process mapping and reengineering practices.
- Preparing solution options risk analysis and financial evaluations (ROI cost/benefit buy/build).
- Documenting user needs program functions and steps to develop or modify systems.
- 8 years managing complex tasks independently with judgment creativity and latitude.
- 5 years serving as a liaison between business and IT teams (Architecture Project Delivery Application Sustain).
- Strong experience as a Data Analyst and Business Analyst in requirements gathering and technical understanding.
- Project management experience; PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- 8 years of Experience with case management system implementations.
- 8 yaers of Experience with Jira project management software.
