As HR project manager you will initiate set -up and manage strategic and high-profile HR related projects. You will be part of the HR Project Management Office which reports directly to the DLL CHRO.

Day to day:
Member of the HR Project Management Office
(Co-) creation of business cases for new strategic initiatives / activities
Defining business project plan including the deliverables and timelines
Work closely with key stakeholders across the Centers of Expertise (COE) in the HR domains Senior Management as well as the HR business Partners across the DLL globe depending on the projectand ensure execution of the deliverables
Work on larger and/or more complex projects (simultaneously)
Coordination with IT project managers for IT implementation
Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
Monitor overall project progress
Deliver the business progress report prepare agenda for the Steering Committee (if applicable) and ensure documentation thereof
Develop and manage communication with senior stakeholders
Deliver content for some of the project deliverables
Understand interdependence between technology operations and business needs
- Complexity will relate to among others the Global nature the potential resistance on progressive changes and senior stakeholder management
Overall partnerships:
- Head of HR Project Management Office
- Management Team HR ( HRLT)
- Regions / Countries / Markets / GBUs
- Senior management DLL

Essentials:
A masters degree in Human Resources or Business Economics
5-7 Years of relevant working experience in an international environment
Technology savviness in terms of reporting and automation
Strong project management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Team player but self-reliant in approach
Analytical skills
- HR knowledge and capable to act on different levels and in a sensitive way stress tolerance and impactful
Eagerness to learn and to improve processes
Deep knowledge of work processes within DLL and HR
Experiences gained with international change programs with proven ability to deliver in a complex environment
Extensive senior Stakeholder Management experience
Strong networking skills and international experience
Experience with successfully embedding policies procedures into a multi-national organization
- Experience working in a global environment and interacting with IT teams.
