Job Summary
Description
The Maintenance Engineer performs the duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. This includes but is not limited to preventative emergency corrective and routine repairs hot water systems electrical mechanical hire safety plumbing and HVAC equipment. Responsibilities also include cleaning grounds keeping painting/carpenter masonry duties as directed to maintain the interior and exterior physical structure of the building.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers License required.
