The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quarry Operator to join our close-knit Quarry team. Were looking for someone with a strong track record whos confident operating a variety of machinery.

This role is all about teamwork where success means working together putting the team first and helping deliver outstanding results for our customers.

We value operators who are focused on supporting their work mates more than standing out as individuals ensuring work is completed safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Complete all necessary pre-start and machinery checks.
Liaise with customers and the team on site to fulfil their requirements.
Operate heavy machinery to load customer trucks stockpile material and feed the crusher plant as required.
Assist Quarry Manager with day-to-day maintenance of plant and other site tasks.

What youll bring to the table

Full Clean Class 4 Licence
WTR endorsements
Previous experience operating trucks/heavy machinery in a quarry environment
A proactive approach towards health and safety its our #1 priority.
Flexibility to perform various daily tasks and grow with the team
The ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and upskill
