Job Summary

About the role

In this position you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of the project the project works engaging with site leaders the business and other key stakeholders to achieve the projects and business position performs a crucial role in coordinating all administrative aspects of the project.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated has a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

  • Gladstone based role
  • Monday to Friday - 48 hours

The Project Administration Department is responsible for but not limited to:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Processing invoices
  • Daily activity sheets (including timesheets)
  • Establishing controlling and maintaining effective filing systems and records
  • Efficiently preparing and managing a variety of correspondence
  • Data entry
  • Stock and inventory control
  • General administration duties for the project team.
  • Other relevant duties as may be required from time to time; and

To be successful you will have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in administration
  • Experience in the construction industry (desirable)
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office - Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent time management workload prioritisation organisation and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Driver Licence
  • Construction Card (blue or white)
