Job Summary:
This position is responsible for processing all in-state and out-of-state title and registration paperwork submitting and reconciling manufacturer warranty claims and assisting with accounting and administrative duties under the direction of the Controller.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process title and registration applications for new pre-owned and wholesale vehicles.
- Submit track and reconcile warranty claims with the manufacturer.
- Creating and maintaining accurate deal jackets.
- Stocking new and used vehicles into inventory.
- Remitting F&I products sold.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assisting with general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in automotive title processing and accounting preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
