Associate Clinical Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain clinical content including treatment pathways order sets and documentation templates for various medical specialties.
Analyze clinical workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven AI-enhanced solutions to boost efficiency and patient care.
Collaborate with clinicians healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure clinical content is evidence-based up-to-date and aligned with the latest medical guidelines.
Work closely with the EMR and AI development teams to seamlessly integrate clinical content and intelligent workflows into the software ecosystem.
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure clinical content and workflows function as intended within the EMR and AI modules.
Provide training and support to clinicians and other end-users on effectively utilizing the clinical content and intelligent workflows within the EMR.
Collaborate with top-tier healthcare professionals and our agile tech team to continuously enhance clinical modules.
Drive measurable improvements in patient care decision support and clinical efficiency through innovative digital health and AI initiatives.

Qualifications:

MBBS degree from a HEC Recognized University.

Familiarity with EMR systems clinical workflows and healthcare informatics.
Knowledge of medical terminologies and coding systems (e.g. ICD-10 CPT SNOMED CT).
Experience in clinical research data analysis and content development.

Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice guidelines.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in an EMR or healthcare technology setting.
. Familiarity with US Healthcare system is preferred.
