Job Title: Junior IT Specialist
Reports to: IT Manager
Key interactions: R&D Department Growth teams Support functions Board.
About the Role
The IT Specialist maintains the computer systems at MASS Analytics providing technical support and ensuring the whole company computer systems (software & hardware) run smoothly.
What Youll Do
Deploy updates and fixes for IT infrastructure (Laptops / Desktops / LAN devices)
Maintain the helpdesk and provide Level 1 technical support for internal and external
users
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve user experience
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Collaborate with others on projects and brainstorm about the best way to tackle a
complex technological infrastructure security or development problem.
Stay on top of industry best practices and trends as well as changes to compliance
requirements
What You Bring
Bsc/BA in Business IT IT Information system or any relevant degree.
1 year(s) of experience.
Your Skills & Strengths
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a major plus
- Expert knowledge in how operating systems and software work
- Good knowledge in security standards and computer networks is a plus
- Good Team spirit
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly explain a technical problem to customers and/or colleagues.
