About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing Officer to support our recruitment and outsourcing activities across Lebanon and Tunisia.
This role is ideal for a junior HR professional eager to develop hands-on experience in talent acquisition candidate coordination and external workforce management within an international environment.
Job Overview
The Junior Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing Officer supports end-to-end recruitment processes and assists in managing outsourced resources. The role involves candidate sourcing screening coordination recruitment administration and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Tasks
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards social media referrals and internal databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the screening process by reviewing CVs and conducting initial candidate outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment tracking tools.
Recruitment Administration
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure timely updates.
- Prepare recruitment-related documentation and reports.
- Support offer preparation and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Outsourcing & External Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with external vendors freelancers and outsourcing partners.
- Support onboarding and documentation for outsourced resources.
- Track assignments contracts and basic compliance requirements.
HR Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to understand hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects related to recruitment and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
- Experience: 02 years of experience in recruitment HR or administration (internship experience included).
- Interest in Recruitment: Strong interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
- Organization & Accuracy: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
- Tools: Basic familiarity with MS Office and online recruitment tools is a plus.
