As the Area Business Manager (ABM) at Anytime Fitness Indonesia you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing the performance operations and profitability of multiple club locations. You will lead coach and motivate Club Managers and their teams to deliver outstanding member experiences achieve sales and revenue targets and maintain high retention rates. The ABM will collaborate closely with the marketing fitness and operations departments to implement effective business strategies optimize club performance and identify new market opportunities.
This role demands strong leadership commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the fitness industry. You will act as the key bridge between Support Office and club operationsensuring consistent execution of company goals compliance with policies and delivery of high-quality service that reflects the Anytime Fitness brand.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Provide leadership and support to club managers ensuring consistency in operations and member experiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators analyze market trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for the profitability and growth of multiple club.
- Ensure that members will always have a fantastic experience in our club.
- Managing the facility overall gym operations and the team.
- Be able to network and build lasting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive club environment by promoting teamwork member engagement and a focus on health and wellness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or any related field
- Preferably 5 years of experience in Management and Leadership role
- Proven experience in multi-site management preferably in the fitness or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Confidence and commitment Results focused.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving business performance and growth.
- Excellent leadership time management and organizational skills
- Efficient as an independent worker & a team player
- Proficiency with standard word processing spreadsheet and database software
- Be an enthusiastic learner.
- Be able to drive team for achieving sales target.
