Deliver Engaging Lessons Across Core Humanities Subjects in Inner London Start January 2026
We are seeking an enthusiastic skilled and committed Humanities Teacher specialising in History and Geography to join a successful faculty at a high-achieving secondary school/academy in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
This is a Full-Time Permanent Position starting in January 2026 (or sooner).

The Opportunity
The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective teacher dedicated to delivering engaging and rigorous lessons across both History and Geography. We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A proven track record as an excellent Humanities Teacher with the ability to confidently teach History and Geography to GCSE level.
- Strong subject knowledge across both disciplines.
- A genuine passion for the subjects and the ability to inspire high levels of engagement and academic achievement across a diverse student body.
- A collaborative mindset committed to contributing positively to departmental planning and curriculum development.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Inner London Teachers (currently 40317 - 62496 for 2025/2026).
