About the RS Department
The RS Department is an intellectual discussion-driven team that encourages philosophical thinking ethical debate and exploration of global belief systems. The department delivers RS at KS3 & KS4 with Philosophy & Ethics available at KS5.
Role Responsibilities
Deliver RS lessons across KS3KS4.
Promote debate critical thinking and respectful dialogue.
Support departmental trips and faith-related enrichment.
Requirements
QTS and a degree in Theology Religious Studies Philosophy or related field.
Strong communication and discussion-facilitation skills.
Ability to engage boys with challenging ideas and concepts.
