Were looking for a Business Change Management Consultant who blends people skills with tech-savvy know-how. At Sofigate youll help our customers accelerate business technology transformations that truly stick.

What youll do:

• Lead and accelerate change with prevailing change management methodologies where business technology and people meet
• Design and deliver impactful change journeys related to AI and platform transformations
• Empower customers to shine through transformation
• Use your change management expertise and platform skills (e.g ServiceNow Salesforce SAP) to ensure success
• Facilitate train and coach

We hope you to have 7-10 years of professional experience including at least 3 years in business change management or large-scale technology enabled transformations (platforms - e.g ServiceNow Salesforce SAP and AI) and experience applying prevailing change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci Kotter). Background in consulting or similar client-facing roles with diverse industries and stakeholders is an advantage. This role requires fluency in Finnish and in English. This position is permanent and full-time. The planned start date can be agreed flexibly.
