Your Opportunity:

Internal Communications Specialist youll be the voice that connects our global retail teams creating engaging inspiring and informative content that drives alignment and strengthens our culture.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development youll partner across departments to deliver clear creative and consistent communications that help our Teams stay informed inspired and performing at their best.

What youll be doing:

  • Execute global internal communication strategies across multiple channels.
  • Create and deliver engaging newsletters announcements and campaigns that connect our global teams.
  • Partner with Retail L&D and Operations to ensure key business messages are delivered clearly and consistently.
  • Manage translation and localisation processes to ensure our global audience feels included and informed.
  • Maintain and enhance internal communication tools templates and content libraries.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Support leadership in crafting key messages and internal announcements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute communication projects and special events.

What skills you bring:

  • Experience in internal communications content creation or marketing within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with strong attention to tone clarity and detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Confidence using digital communication tools (e.g. CANVA CMS platforms Teams SmartCat or similar).
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills delivering quality work on time and in full.
  • A proactive collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic global retail environment.
  • A passion for communication culture and creating connection across teams worldwide.
